The tech, William was courteous and professional. Had a problem with my shower faucet handle. I thought it might have to be replaced. But William figured out faucet had been installed incorrectly originally and properly installed it. Now the handle works perfectly. Great job!

He also made a trip to hardware store to purchase additional parts to install an internal access panel. His work was impeccable.
